Kinel is designed for individuals aged 16 and above who are looking to build practical skills in tech and design. By using our platform, you confirm that:

• You are at least 16 years old
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.
• You will use Kinel only for lawful purposes.

2. Using Kinel

You agree not to:

• Share your account access with others.
• Copy, resell, or redistribute course materials without permission.
• Upload harmful or illegal content to the platform.
• Interfere with the platform's functionality or security.

Kinel reserves the right to monitor use of the platform and remove any content that violates these terms.

3.Your Account

To access most features, you’ll need to create an account. You’re responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete information.
• Keeping your login credentials secure.
• All activity that happens under your account.

If we suspect misuse, we may suspend or terminate your account without prior notice.

4. Payments and Refunds

Some Kinel programs are paid. When you make a payment:

• You agree to our pricing and refund policy.
• Refunds may be available based on eligibility (see Refund Policy).
• Payments are securely processed through third-party platforms.

5. Course Access and Ownership

When you enroll in a course:

• You receive a limited, non-transferable license to access the content.
• Kinel and its tutors retain full ownership of all materials.
• You may not redistribute or commercialize any course content.

6. Content Created by You

If you submit projects, comments, or content:

• You retain ownership but grant Kinel a non-exclusive license to use, display, and promote it.
• We may showcase student work for promotional purposes (with credit).

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Kinel at any time, especially if:

• You violate these terms.
• You engage in harmful or abusive behavior.

You can also close your account anytime by contacting our support team.

8. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

Kinel is provided "as-is." We do our best to deliver high-quality content and services, but we don’t guarantee:

• That the platform will always be error-free or uninterrupted.
• You engage in harmful or abusive behavior.

That completing a program guarantees job placement. To the extent allowed by law, Kinel is not liable for indirect or incidental damages.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make major changes, we’ll notify you via email or on the website. Continued use of Kinel after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
